Basecamp
Basecamp
Basecamp is the national support group for all mountain rescue teams in England and Wales. We launched in March 2007 and have been enrolling new members, month on month, ever since from people the length and breadth of the UK – and even a few from overseas. It's the simplest way for you to support all the teams, and their members, with the work they do. As a voluntary organisation which relies entirely on support from the public, your subscription can make a difference!
Single membership is £24 per year (minimum), joint membership £42 (minimum). In return you will receive a lapel or cloth badge, a car sticker and a copy of our quarterly Mountain Rescue magazine.
And if you're registered with Facebook, why not 'become a fan' of our Basecamp page? Updated regularly with stories, photos and comment, it's a great way to stay in touch with team members and supporters alike, and have mountain rescue updates delivered straight to your Facebook Home page! Click on the link below to find out more.
