If you wish to contact us because you cannot log on to your account in the member's area of the site, please check the following first:

1. Check you have typed in your username and password correctly. They are both case sensitive and by default contain no spaces. This will cover the majority of such issues.
2. Check you are not blocked (this is the case initially until your account is approved by your team secretary or other designated contact). Please do not contact us asking for approval unless you work for MREW but are not in a local team.
3. Request a new password using the link underneath the log in form. Repeat (1) using this.
4. Finally, contact us. Do not send us your password via email until and unless requested.
