Ensure you review your Will regularly so that it reflects your current wishes and circumstances. For instance, you may need to change your Will due to a major event in your life, such as marriage, divorce, moved house or there has been addition to the family or a death of a friend or family member.
It is easy to make a new Will to account for altered circumstances, but for minor modification you may just need to add a Codicil. This is simply an addition or alteration to the existing will so you can add extra gifts or alter proportions being allocated without making a completely new will
