Mid Pennines
The Mid-Pennine region comprises the Mid Pennine Search and Rescue Organisation (MPSRO) and its five member teams: Bolton, Bowland Pennine, Calder Valley, Holme Valley and Rossendale & Pendle plus members of Mountain Rescue Search Dogs England. CRO also works within the region. Between them, the team provide search and rescue in the hills and moorlands of Lancashire, West Yorkshire and the Pennines, as well as areas of Greater Manchester.
