Togetherall: Supporting the Mental Health of Mountain and Cave Rescue Team Members

Spending the early part of her career in the public and third sector supporting individuals with mental health issues or complex needs, Emily now heads up partnership opportunities in the UK for Togetherall.

This online peer support community is dedicated to supporting the mental health of thousands across Europe, North America and Australasia, a supportive and inclusive community which gives members the opportunity to share their stories and lived experience anonymously. Members support each other through comments and interactions, creating a sense of normalisation and belonging.

During her session, Emily will walk through Togetherall’s work with the Rescue Benevolent Fund and how Togetherall can support mountain and cave rescue team members struggling with their mental health.
