Derbyshire Cave Rescue

Derbyshire Cave Rescue Organisation (DCRO) has been rescuing people and animals since 1952, one of fifteen voluntary cave rescue teams covering the UK. They are members of both Mountain Rescue England and Wales (MREW) and the British Cave Rescue Council (BCRC). Their operational ‘patch’ covers a large area from Manchester, all the way down to Norfolk in the south, though most of their call-outs happen in the Peak District. Go find out more, go to derbyshirecro.org.uk or find them on Facebook.
